蛋氨酸硒对徐淮山羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of methionine-selenium on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and blood biochemical indexes of Xuhuai goats

摘要 为研究不同水平蛋氨酸硒对徐淮山羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及血液生化指标的影响,试验选取3月龄徐淮山羊60只,随机分为6组,每组2个重复,每个重复5只,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲粮中分别添加0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mg/kg(以硒计算)的蛋氨酸硒,预饲期15 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)当硒添加量为0.3 mg/kg时,平均日增重(ADG)最高,显著高于对照组和0.1、0.4、0.5 mg/kg组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)最低。(2)各试验组粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率均高于对照组(P<0.05);当硒添加量为0.3 mg/kg时,CP表观消化率显著高于0.1、0.2 mg/kg组(P<0.05),EE表观消化率显著高于0.1、0.2、0.5 mg/kg组(P<0.05),ADF表观消化率最高,显著高于0.1、0.5 mg/kg组(P<0.05)。(3)当硒添加量为0.3 mg/kg时总蛋白(TP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量显著高于对照组和0.1、0.2 mg/kg组(P<0.05),尿素氮(UN)含量显著低于对照组、0.1 mg/kg组、0.2 mg/kg组(P<0.05);硒添加量为0.3、0.4 mg/kg时,甘油三酯(TG)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量显著高于对照组、0.1 mg/kg组(P<0.05);各试验组白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、总胆固醇(TC)含量无显著差异(P>0.05),随着硒含量的增加,呈现先升高后降低的趋势。由此可见,在徐淮山羊饲粮中添加0.3 mg/kg蛋氨酸硒,不仅提高了肉羊的生长性能和对营养物质的表观消化率,还影响了其血液生化指标。 The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of methionine-selenium on growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,antioxidant capacity and blood biochemical indexes in Xuhuai goats.Sixty 3-month-old Xuhuai goats were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 2 replicates each and 5 goats in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet and the experimental group was fed 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg(in selenium)of methionine-selenium in the diet.The pre-feeding period was 15 days and the test period was 60 days.The results showed that:(1)When selenium was added to the diet at 0.3 mg/kg,the average daily gain(ADG)was the highest and significantly higher than the control group and 0.1,0.4 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg groups(P<0.05),and the feed/gain(F/G)was the lowest.(2)The apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP),ether extract(EE)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)in each test group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of CP in0.3 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of the test groups with 0.1 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg of methionine-selenium(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of EE was significantly higher than that of the test groups with 0.1,0.2 mg/kg and 0.5 mg/kg(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of ADF was highest when selenium was added to the diet at 0.3 mg/kg,which was significantly higher than the 0.1 mg/kg and0.5 mg/kg test groups(P<0.05).(3)When selenium was added at 0.3 mg/kg in the diet,the contents of total protein(TP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and asparate aminontransferase(AST)were significantly higher than those in the control group,0.1 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg group(P<0.05),but urea nitrogen(UN)contents were significantly lower than those in the control group,0.1 mg/kg and 0.2 mg/kg groups(P<0.05).When selenium was added at 0.3 mg/kg and 0.4 mg/kg in the diet,the triglyceride(TG)and glucose(GLU)contents were significantly higher than those in the control group and 0.1 mg/kg group(P<0.05).There was no significant effect on the albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB)and total cholesterol(TC)contents in the goats of each test group(P>0.05).However,all of them showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of selenium content.It could be seen that the addition of 0.3 mg/kg selenomethionine to the rations of Xuhuai goats not only improved the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and apparent digestibility of nutrients,but also affected the blood biochemical indexes of Xuhuai goats.
