高效液相色谱法测定饲料及饲料原料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的研究

Determination of deoxynivalenol in feed and feedstuff by high performance liquid chromatography

脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇存在于各类饲料及饲料原料中,本实验旨在建立应用高效液相色谱法测定饲料及饲料原料中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量方法,以免疫亲和柱进行净化前处理,Agilent C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)作为分离柱,流动相为乙腈-水(10:90),检测波长为218 nm为条件。结果表明:线性范围为0.1~5.0 mg/mL时R^(2)=0.9999,平均回收率为80.3%~95.5%。表明该方法检测速度快捷,结果准确、可靠。

The deoxynivalenol is found in various feed and feedstuff materials.In this experiment,the purpose was to determine the content of deoxynivalenol in feed and feedstuff materials by high performance liquid chromatography.The immune affinity column was pretreated.Agilent C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm)was used as the separation column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water verage recovery rate was between80.3%~95.5%.The method was fast,the results were accurate and reliable.
