元宝枫叶对太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质及血浆抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of Acer truncatum leaves on performance,egg quality and antioxidant indices of Taihang chicken

为研究元宝枫叶对太行鸡生产性能、蛋品质和血浆抗氧化能力的影响,试验选用480只40周龄太行鸡蛋鸡,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组添加元宝枫叶的比例分别为1%、3%和5%,预试期7 d,正试期49 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组太行鸡产蛋率分别提高了2.88%(P<0.05)和7.04%(P<0.05),试验II组料蛋比降低了8.26%(P<0.05)。而试验Ⅲ组太行鸡平均日采食量和产蛋率显著下降(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,元宝枫叶显著提高了鸡蛋蛋黄颜色(P<0.05)和哈氏单位(P<0.05),并且该变化趋势随元宝枫叶添加量的增大而增大,试验Ⅲ组蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位分别提高了7.63%和17.52%。(3)与对照组相比,元宝枫叶显著提高了太行鸡血浆总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组太行鸡血浆总超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化氢酶活性分别提高了6.89%(P<0.05)和90.85%(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组太行鸡血浆丙二醛含量较对照组分别降低了48.17%(P<0.05)、73.37%(P<0.05)和40.99%(P<0.05)。综上,饲粮中添加元宝枫叶可提高太行鸡生产性能,改善蛋品质并增强机体抗氧化能力,其在饲粮中适宜添加量为3%。

This experiment aimed to study the Acer truncatum leaves on performance,egg quality and antioxidant indices of Taihang chickens.A total of 480 Taihang laying hens(40-week-old)were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 hens per replicate.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the experimental group were fed the diet with add Acer truncatum leaves.The proportion of Acer truncatum leaves added in experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwas 1%,3%,5%,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,and the trial period lasted for 49 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the laying rate of Taihang chickens in experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱwas increased by 2.88%(P<0.05)and 7.04%(P<0.05).The ratio of feed to egg in experimental groupⅡdecreased by 8.26%(P<0.05).And the average daily feed intake and laying rate of Taihang chickens in experimental groupⅢwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group,Acer truncatum leaves significantly increased egg yolk color(P<0.05)and Haugh unit(P<0.05),and the changing trend was increased with the increase of Acer truncatum leaves supplemental level.The yolk color and Haugh unit in experimental groupⅢwere increased by 7.63%and 17.56%,respectively.(3)Compared with the control group,Acer truncatum leaves significantly increased the plasma total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).The activities of total superoxide dismutase and catalase in plasma of Taihang chickens in experimental groupⅡwere increased by6.89%(P<0.05)and 90.85%(P<0.05).The plasma malondialdehyde content of Taihang chickens in experimental groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwas decreased by 48.17%(P<0.05),73.37%(P<0.05)and 40.99%(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of Acer truncatum leaves could improve the performance,egg quality and the body’s antioxidant capacity of Taihang chickens,the optimum supplemental level in diet was 3%.
