HPV基因整合是启动宫颈癌发生的一个重要事件,高危性人乳头状瘤病毒(high risk human papillomavirus,hr-HPV)基因组整合率和宫颈病变程度密切相关,可能是宫颈癌发生发展过程中的重要标志。HPV基因整合机制研究、整合位点的发现、相关整合通路的探索,对于宫颈癌的精准治疗和预后的判断有着重大的临床意义。同时,利用新型测序和分子生物学方法检测HPV基因整合状态有助于实现对宫颈病变和宫颈癌的个体化精准治疗。但是,目前为止,对于HPV基因整合的分子生物学机制、整合位点、监测技术等问题仍然不十分清楚。因此,本文将对hr-HPV基因整合的具体机制、和宫颈病变程度的相关性及其临床意义的相关文献进行一个简要的综述。

High risk human papillomavirus(hr-HPV)integration is a critical genetic event in cervical carcinogenesis.The integration rate is highly associated with the severity of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,making it potential marker for carcinogenesis and progression of cervical cancer.The exploration about HPV integration mechanism,breakpoint and signaling pathway has major clinical importance in the targeted therapy and prognosis of cervical cancer.Meanwhile,deploying new sequencing and molecular biology methods to detect HPV integration status promotes personalized therapies of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer.However,to date,issues on the molecular biology mechanism,integration breakpoint and detection methods remain uncertain.Therefore,this review focuses on HPV integration in aspects of explicit mechanisms,relationship with the degree of cervical lesion and its clinical significance.
