边疆高职院校辅导员处理“校园贷”问题的难点与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of“Campus Loan”Faced by Higher Vocational College Counselors in Border Areas

边疆高职院校中的非法校园贷问题存在特殊性,给辅导员开展维护学生权益与安全工作带来了挑战。在“立德树人”的原则下,分析并找到适合边疆地区高职院校针对非法校园贷问题的特殊性对策,进行方式方法的加强和创新,有利于在提升辅导员日常管理权益与安全类问题基本处理与技巧的同时,激发学生进行自我管理的机制。

The problem of illegal campus loans in vocational colleges of border area has specific features,which has brought challenges to the college counselorswork in maintaining the rights and safety of students.Based on the principle of“Moral Education”,we analyzed and found the countermeasures for illegal campus loan problems in higher vocational colleges in border areas,and improve and innovate the relevant methods.While promoting counselorsskills in coping with issues concerning studentsbasic rights and security,studentsself-management mechanisms will be also boosted.
