摘要
随着社会的进步和现代科技的迅速发展,传统的图书馆服务已不再满足广大读者的需求,同时疫情防控常态化已成为图书馆服务正常化的重要前提。高校图书馆应紧跟时代潮流,不断求变创新,以新发展理念探索智慧服务新模式来满足读者更高的阅读需求。阐述了高校图书馆智慧服务的内涵及主要特征,以北京林业大学图书馆为研究对象,探索了创新智慧服务的新路径,为后疫情时代高校图书馆提升智慧服务提供了启迪与参考。
With the progress of society and the rapid development of modern technology,traditional library services no longer meet the needs of readers.The normalization of pandemic prevention and control has become an important pre⁃requisite for the normalization of library services.University libraries should keep up with the trend of the times,constant⁃ly seek change and innovation,and explore a new mode of smart service with new development ideas to meet the higher reading needs of readers.This paper expounds the connotation and main characteristics of the smart service of university li⁃braries,and taking the Library of Beijing Forestry University as the research object,explores a new path for innovating the smart services,which provides enlightenment and reference for university libraries to improve smart services in the post-epidemic era.
