摘要
为了解Cr(Ⅵ)对大菱鲆幼鱼的急性毒性,选用体长(6.00±0.40)cm,体质量(8.19±1.47)g的大菱鲆(Scophthalmus maximus)幼鱼,在水温(15.0±2.0)℃条件下,采用静水实验法,进行Cr(Ⅵ)对大菱鲆幼鱼的急性毒性实验。结果表明:Cr(Ⅵ)胁迫下大菱鲆幼鱼死亡率的概率单位与Cr(Ⅵ)的浓度对数的48 h、72 h和96 h回归方程分别为y=13.167 x-20.76,y=6.2083 x-5.2783和y=6.25 x-4.0067。Cr(Ⅵ)对大菱鲆幼鱼的48、72、96 h的半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为90.449、45.248、27.606 mg/L,安全质量浓度(SC)为2.76 mg/L。Cr(Ⅵ)对大菱鲆幼鱼的毒性级别为低毒。
In order to understand the acute toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ)to juvenile turbot(Scophthalmus maximus),acute toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ)to juvenile turbot with body length of(6.00±0.40)cm and body weight of(8.19±1.47)g was studied using hydrostatic experimental method at(15.0±2.0)℃.The results showed that the regression equations of probability unit of mortality and logarithm of Cr(Ⅵ)concentration were y=13.167 x-20.76,y=6.2083 x-5.2783 and y=6.25 x-4.0067,respectively.The LC _(50) of Cr(Ⅵ)to juvenile turbot at 48,72 and 96 h were 90.449,45.248 and 27.606 mg/L,respectively,and the safe concentration(SC)was 2.76 mg/L.The toxicity level of Cr(Ⅵ)to juvenile turbot was low.
