黄石港区松墨天牛羽化节律及其在树干内分布规律的研究

摘要 黄石市黄石港区马尾松遭受松墨天牛的危害严重,对其羽化规律的研究可为本地松材线虫病的防治提供一定依据。通过解剖感染松材线虫的马尾松寄主树干,初步发现了松墨天牛的羽化规律。本地区松墨天牛的羽化高峰阶段为6月,8月还存在一次小的羽化高峰。松墨天牛主要危害马尾松的中段及下段,其成虫的刻槽在马尾松树干上的分布数量为中段>下段>梢段>侧枝,树干内幼虫通常分布在中下段。 Pinus massoniana is seriously damaged by Monochamus alternatus in Huangshigang district of Huangshi City.The study on its emergence regularity can provide a certain basis for the prevention and control of pine wilt disease.The emergence of M.alternatus has been found by dissecting the trunk of the host tree infected by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus.The eclosion peak of M.alternatus appears in June,and there is also a small eclosion peak in August.M.alternatus mainly damages the middle and lower parts of the tree.The distribution of its adults’grooves on the trunk of P.massoniana is as follows:the number in the middle part is bigger than that in the lower part,that on the tip is bigger than that in the lateral branches.The larvae in the trunk are usually distributed in the middle and lower parts.
