摘要
通过探讨健身气功体质运动方案式练习对老年女性体质的影响,为健身气功处方式干预提供参考依据。设计健身气功体质运动方案,将60名女性老年人分为体质方案组(实验组)和完整套路组(对照组)进行12周对比实验,分析组内前后差异和组间差异。通过12周实验干预显示:1)身体形态指标方面,实验组在腰围、腰臀比、体脂百分比指标上有显著改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著性差异;2)身体机能指标方面,在心率、肺活量指标上两组均有显著改善(P<0.01),组间对比无差异;3)身体素质指标方面,两组受试者在坐位体前屈、30秒坐站及闭眼单脚站立三项指标上呈显著性提高(实验组P<0.01,对照组P<0.05),实验组明显优于对照组;握力两组均无显著改变;选择反应时两组均呈显著提高(P<0.01)。实验表明12周健身气功体质运动方案式练习对改善老年女性体质指标更具有针对性,效果优于传统的套路练习方式。
Objective:Through 12-week experimental intervention,to explore the influence of health qigong physique exercise program on the physique of elderly women,and a reference for the intervention of health qigong is to be provided.Methods:To design a fitness exercise program for health qigong,and divide 60 female elderly people into a constitution program group(experimental group)and a complete routine group(controlled group)for a 12-week comparison experiment to analyze the differences between the two groups before and after the experiment.Results:The 12-week experimental intervention showed that:1)Body shape indicators:The experimental group had significant improvements in waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,and body fat percentage indicators(P<0.01),while the controlled group had no significant difference;2)Physical function indicators:The heart rate and vital capacity indicators of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and there was no difference between the groups;3)Physical fitness indicators:The two groups of subjects were in the sitting position,bend forward,sit and stand for 30 seconds,and stand on one foot with closed eyes.There was a significant increase in the indicators(P<0.01 in the experimental group,P<0.05 in the controlled group),and the experimental group was significantly better than the controlled group;there was no significant change in the grip strength of the two groups;the selection response was significantly improved in both groups(P<0.01).It is concluded that 12-week health qigong physique exercise program exercise is more targeted to improve the physique index of elderly women,and the effect is better than traditional routine exercises.
