人性化护理干预对耳鸣患者护理的效果及睡眠质量分析

Analysis on the effects of humanized nursing intervention on the nursing and sleep quality of tinnitus patients

目的分析人性化护理干预对耳鸣患者护理及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取第九〇九医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的128例耳鸣患者,随机分为两组,每组各64例,常规护理组给予常规护理,人性化组给予人性化护理。比较两组护理前后患者耳鸣症状积分、PSQI睡眠障碍分值、听力水平、生活质量、耳鸣症状消失时间、住院时间及耳鸣治疗总有效率。结果人性化组护理后患者耳鸣症状积分、PSQI睡眠障碍分值、听力水平低于常规护理组,生活质量高于常规护理组,耳鸣症状消失时间、住院时间短于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化组治疗总有效率高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理对耳鸣患者具有较高的治疗价值,能有效改善患者的耳鸣症状,并改善患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,加速症状改善并缩短住院时间,提高治疗效果,值得推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of humanized nursing intervention on the nursing and sleep quality of tinnitus patients.Methods A total of 128 tinnitus patients admitted to the 909th Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were enrolled and randomly grouped into two groups,with 64 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional nursing group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the humanized nursing group were given humanized nursing.The tinnitus symptom score,sleep disorder score evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),hearing level,quality of life,disappearance time of tinnitus symptom,length of stay,and total effective rate of tinnitus treatment before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After the application of humanized nursing,the tinnitus symptom score,PSQI sleep disorder score,and the hearing level of patients in the humanized nursing group were lower than those in the conventional nursing group,the quality of life was higher than that in the conventional nursing group,and the disappearance time of tinnitus symptom and length of stay were shorter than those in the conventional nursing group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the humanized nursing group was higher than that in the conventional nursing group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing has high therapeutic value for tinnitus patients,which not only effectively relieve tinnitus symptom and improve sleep quality and quality of life of patients,but also accelerate the improvement of symptom and shorten the length of stay,and improve the efficacy.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
