一体化急救护理对急诊重症颅脑损伤患者的应用效果及急诊抢救时间影响分析

Analysis of application effect of integrated emergency nursing on patients with severe craniocerebral injury in emergency department and its influence on emergency rescue time

目的评价一体化急救护理对急诊重症颅脑损伤患者的应用效果及急诊抢救时间影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年4月在厦门大学附属第一医院急诊科就诊的重症颅脑损伤患者80例为研究对象,按照随机单盲法分组,对照组(n=40)接受常规护理,观察组(n=40)实施一体化急救护理模式,比较两组抢救效果、护理服务质量以及救治时间。结果观察组患者的急救总有效率高于对照组,其致残率和病死率低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各方面护理质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的急诊抢救时间、会诊等候时间、辅助检查时间以及神经外科转手术室时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一体化急救护理干预不仅能提高重症颅脑损伤患者的抢救效果,还能满足患者的服务需求,缩短抢救时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of integrated emergency nursing on patients with severe craniocerebral injury in the emergency department and its influence on emergency rescue time.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random single-blind method.The control group received conventional nursing care while the observation group adopted integrated emergency nursing.The rescue effects,nursing quality and rescue time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of emergency was higher in the observation group than that in the control group,and the disability rate and mortality rate were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality from all dimensions were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The emergency rescue time,waiting time for consultation,auxiliary examination time and transit time from neurosurgical department to operation room were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated emergency nursing can not only improve the rescue effect of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,but also meet the requirements of patients for nursing and shorten the rescue time,which is worthy of application in clinic.
