基于微信平台的延续性护理对乳腺癌术后患者睡眠、生活质量影响的研究

Study on the effects of WeChat platform-based continuous nursing on sleep and quality of life of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery

目的分析基于微信平台的延续性护理对乳腺癌术后患者睡眠、生活质量影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年3月中山市人民医院收治的乳腺癌术后患者136例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各68例。对照组患者应用常规的护理模式,观察组患者应用以微信平台为基础的延续性护理模式。比较两组护理前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI),焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及治疗依从性和生活质量。结果护理后,观察组PSQI各指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组,观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从率为91.18%,明显高于对照组的67.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者术后应用以微信平台为基础的延续性护理模式,可以有效改善患者睡眠质量、不良情绪、生活质量和依从性,值得应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of WeChat platform-based continuous nursing on sleep and quality of life(QoL)of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 136 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery admitted to the People’s Hospital of Zhongshan City from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as observation subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The patients in the control group applied the conventional nursing mode,and the patients in the observation group applied the continuous nursing mode based on wechat platform.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS),treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Meanwhile,after nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the QoL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,the compliance rate of the observation group(91.18%)was significantly higher than 67.65%of the control group after nursing,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat platform-based continuous nursing can effectively improve sleep quality,adverse emotions,QoL and compliance of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery,and is worthy of application.
