基于全域医疗大数据的医疗行为新型监管方式探索应用

Exploration and Application of the New Supervision Mode of Medical Organizations’Diagnosis and Treatment Behaviors Based on Global Medical Big Data

加强对医疗机构诊疗行为的监管对提高医疗服务水平、规范医疗机构依法执业具有重要意义。在“互联网+”的大背景下,医疗卫生行业依托大数据、智能化快速发展,传统医疗卫生监管模式手段单一、效能低下等短板逐渐暴露。本文介绍了杭州市基于全民健康信息平台全域医疗大数据开展医疗机构诊疗行为智能监管预警系统的建设应用,探索“互联网+监管”的新型监管方式,取得了明显成效。

Strengthening the supervision of medical treatment behavior is of great significance to improve the level of medical service and standardize the practice of medical treatment.Under the background of“Internet plus”,the medical and health industry relies on big data and intelligence to develop rapidly,and the traditional medical and health supervision mode has many shortcomings such as the single means and low efficiency.This paper introduced the construction of intelligent supervision and early-warning system of medical treatment behaviors based on global medical big data in Hangzhou,and explored“internet+supervision”,which has achieved obvious effects.
