2020年山西省传染病防治国家随机监督抽查结果分析

Analysis of the Results of Random Sampling Inspection of Infectious Disease Prevention and Control in Shanxi Province in 2020

目的通过对2020年山西省传染病防治国家随机监督抽查检查结果进行分析,了解山西省医疗机构传染病防治监督中存在的问题。方法对2020年传染病防治国家随机监督抽查的1874家医疗机构进行传染病防治分类监督综合评价。结果抽查的1874家医疗机构优秀单位数为684家(占比36.50%);合格单位数为1036家(占比55.28%);重点监督单位数154家(占比8.22%)。对抽查医疗机构的预防接种、传染病疫情报告、传染病疫情控制、消毒隔离、医疗废物处置、二级病原微生物实验室生物安全管理分项监督评价,各项内容均合格率分别为82.84%、77.26%、73.16%、41.63%、48.34%、47.20%,其中不同级别医疗机构分项内容经统计学检验后差别有统计学意义的项目分别为4、4、4、4、1、0项。结论传染病防治国家随机监督抽查通过分类监督六项内容的分解,实现了对医疗机构传染病防治的精确执法;同时为医院感染的管理提供参考。

Objective Based on the analysis of the results of the random inspection of infectious disease prevention and control in Shanxi Province in 2020,the problems of infectious disease prevention and control in medical institutions in Shanxi Province were found out.Methods 1874 medical institutions which were randomly inspected by the State for the prevention and control of infectious diseases were classified and evaluated.Results There are 684(36.50%)of the 1,874 medical institutions were outstanding,the number of qualified units was 1,036(55.28%),and the number of key supervision units was 154(8.22%).To supervise and evaluate the prevention and vaccination,report of the epidemic situation of infectious diseases,control of the epidemic situation of infectious diseases,disinfection and isolation,disposal of medical waste,and biosafety management of secondary pathogenic microorganism laboratories in selected medical institutions,the passing rates of various contents were 82.84%,77.26%,73.16%,41.63%,48.34%,and 47.20%respectively,there were 4,4,4,4,1,0 items with statistical significance in different levels of medical institutions.Conclusion The national random supervision of infectious disease prevention and control has achieved precise law enforcement on the prevention and control of infectious diseases in medical institutions through the decomposition of the six contents of classified supervision;at the same time,it provides a reference for the management of hospital infections.
