摘要 以CR400BF型速度350 km/h复兴号动车组闸片为研究对象,介绍了一整套闸片磨耗数据采集及分析的方法,提出了"闸片厚度—里程线性拟合公式"和"闸片厚度—质量—里程一体化线性拟合公式"2种闸片寿命预测的理论模型。基于跟踪采集的闸片厚度、质量及运行里程样本数据,采用pearson相关系数法分析,发现闸片磨耗与运行里程极强相关。引入闸片偏磨分析,分别建立了动车闸片和拖车闸片寿命及磨损量预测的数学模型,预测了闸片的寿命和磨损量,数据一致性较好。 Taking the brake pads of CR400 BF 350 km/h EMU as the research object, this paper introduces a complete set of data acquisition and analysis methods of brake pad wear status, and puts forward two theoretical models of brake pad life prediction:“linear fitting formula of brake pad thickness-mileage”and“linear fitting formula of brake pad thickness-mass-mileage”. Based on the sample data of thickness, quality and running mileage of brake pads, the Pearson correlation coefficient method was used to analyze, and it was found that the brake pad wear was strongly related to the running mileage. Based on the analysis of brake pad eccentric wear, the mathematical models for predicting the service life and wear loss of brake pads of motor cars and trailers are established respectively, and the service life and wear loss of brake pads are predicted, and the data consistency is good.
