2019年以来,银保监会等相关部门不断推动创新保险资金服务实体经济的渠道载体,鼓励保险资产管理行业持续加大股权投资力度,为实体经济提供更多长期资本性资金,提高保险资金服务实体经济效能。我国保险资管机构开展股权投资业务起步较晚,在“大资管”时代面临市场竞争、团队建设等方面的挑战。保险资管公司可以统筹一二级市场投研能力,围绕自身优势和保险主业,依托现有固定收益投资业务体系和经验积累,探索“证券—保险合作”模式,发展新三板挂牌公司等投资标的,逐步开拓保险资产管理新业务、新市场。

Since 2019,the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and other relevant departments have continuously promoted innovative channel carriers for insurance funds to serve the real economy,encouraged the insurance asset management industry to continue to increase equity investment,and provided more long-term capital funds for the real economy to improve the efficiency of insurance funds in serving the real economy.The equity investment business of insurance asset management institutions in China started relatively late,and faced with the challenges of market competition and team building in the era of“big asset management”.Insurance asset management companies can coordinate the investment and research capabilities of the primary and secondary markets,focus on their own advantages and the main insurance industry,rely on the existing fixed income investment business system and experience accumulation,explore the“security-insurance cooperation”model,develop new third board listed companies and other investment targets,and gradually open up new business and new markets for insurance asset management.
