当前,新经济业态迅速发展,经济结构不断调整变化,随之带来的是就业形势的复杂化。就业压力不断加大的情况下,社会对人才的需求缺口仍在持续扩大,灵活就业凭借着其对新经济的高度适应性和融合性,具有较高的社会认可度。同时灵活就业以较高的效率、较低的风险与成本为越来越多的高校毕业生所青睐,此外毕业生作为知识群体,为灵活就业的实施注入了新生力量,同时灵活就业正在掀起一场就业形态多元化的浪潮。

At present,with the rapid development of the new economy and the continuous adjustment and change of the economic structure,the employment situation is becoming more and more complicated.Under the increasing pressure of employment,the gap of social demand for talents is still expanding.Flexible employment has a high degree of social recognition by virtue of its high adaptability and integration to the new economy.At the same time,flexible employment is favored by more and more college graduates with higher efficiency,lower risk and cost.In addition,graduates,as a knowledge group,have injected new forces into the implementation of flexible employment.Meanwhile,flexible employment is setting off a wave of diversified employment forms.
