摘要
同伴互助学习是学风建设的重要载体之一。澳大利亚和美国高校的同伴互助学习项目开展比较早,有着比较成熟的运行模式。梳理两国同伴互助学习项目在互助主体、同伴来源、互助平台、互助保障等方面的典型经验与做法,并在对比我国当前同伴互助学习项目的开展情况的基础上进行了本土化反思。
Peer-coaching learning is one of the important carriers in the construction of studying atmosphere.Peer-coaching learning programs have been launched much earlier in Australian and American colleges and universities with a rather mature operation mode.The typical experience and practice of the two countries’ peer-coaching learning programs are combed on the aspects of mutual-aid subjects,peer sources,mutual-aid platforms and guarantee.The localized reflection is made on this basis of comparing the current development of peer-coaching learning programs in China.
