Research on Project Cost Management in Automobile Enterprises

在当今竞争激烈的汽车市场环境中,成本是决定汽车厂能否盈利及盈利多少的最重要的因素之一,如何有效控制项目成本,成为当今汽车企业,尤其是自主品牌汽车企业急需解决的问题。本文通过将项目成本管理方法与相应的控制机制相结合,达到控制项目成本的目的。最终以实现提高我国自主品牌汽车公司在当前国内外汽车市场上的竞争力和生存能力。

In today’s highly competitive automobile market environment,cost is one of the most important factors to determine whether the automobile factory can make a profit and how much it can make.How to effectively control the project cost has become an urgent problem for today’s automobile enterprises,especially the independent brand automobile enterprises.This paper combines the project cost management method with the corresponding control mechanism to control the project cost so as to improve the competitiveness and viability of China’s independent brand automobile companies in the current domestic and foreign automobile market.
