摘要 汽车底盘构造是车辆工程专业的必修课程,是从事汽车设计、制造与研发人员必备的基础知识。本文根据汽车底盘构造知识点教学特征,分析传统教学方法中存在的一些问题;针对现存问题,探索虚实结合的汽车底盘构造智慧教学方法,包括利用网络优质视频资源实现翻转课堂自主学习、设计虚拟零部件拆装环境互动式学习、以及现场实物讲解答疑式学习、在教学实践中巧妙融入思政元素、根据汽车底盘构造特点改革考核办法等,解决了汽车底盘构造教学过程中理论与实践难以有效结合及校内教学资源与空间不足等问题,增强了学生学习兴趣,培养了学生家国情怀和责任担当意识。 Automobile chassis structure is a compulsory course for vehicle engineering specialty and a necessary basic knowledge for personnel engaged in automobile design,manufacturing and R&D.According to the teaching characteristics of knowledge points of automobile chassis structure,this paper analyzes some problems existing in traditional teaching methods.In view of the existing problems,the article explores the intelligent teaching method of automobile chassis structure combining virtual and real,including using network high-quality video resources to realize self-learning in flipped classroom,interactive learning in designing virtual parts disassembly environment,on-site physical explanation and question answering learning,skillfully integrating ideological and political elements into teaching practice,and reforming assessment methods according to the characteristics of automobile chassis structure.It solves the problems that it is difficult to effectively combine theory and practice in the teaching process of automobile chassis structure and the lack of teaching resources and space in the school,enhances students’interest in learning,and cultivates students’love of family and country and sense of responsibility.
