Discussion on the Training Mode of Automobile Sheet Metal Spraying Talents Under the Background of School Enterprise Cooperation and Integration of Industry and Education

针对党的十九大报告中提出的"建设知识型、技能型、创新型劳动者大军,弘扬劳模精神和工匠精神,营造劳动光荣的社会风尚和精益求精的敬业风气,完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作",汽车钣喷专业需要与企业深入合作,融合教学模式,共同培养出具有爱国情怀、有理想、有责任、有担当、有工匠精神的汽车钣喷高技能人才。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China says that "we should build a large army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers,carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen,create a glorious social fashion of labor and a professional atmosphere of excellence,improve the vocational education and training system,and deepen the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation".The automobile sheet metal spraying specialty needs to cooperate deeply with enterprises,integrate the teaching mode and jointly cultivate high skilled talents of automobile sheet metal spraying with patriotism,ideals,responsibility,responsibility and craftsmanship.
