德国“双元制”模式驱动下的汽车专业教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Automobile Specialty Driven by the"Dual System"Mode in Germany

随着现代化发展不断加快,我国各行各业都得到了快速发展的契机,其中汽车行业的发展尤为显著。作为现阶段人们日常出行的重要交通工具,每年汽车产量的增加可谓是极其迅速,相关的汽车生产厂商也是不断增加。在这样的背景之下,很多高校都积极的开设了汽车专业,用以培养大批专业人才为企业发展提供支撑。诸如汽车运用工程专业、车辆保险与理赔专业以及汽车营销专业等,这类相关专业的开设也是社会发展所要的,但就目前而言,汽车更新换代不断加快,新型汽车层出不穷,这就导致很多院校在汽车专业人才培养方面出现了诸多问题,导致人才质量无法满足汽车市场的实际需求。德国双元制汽车专业人才教学取得了一定的成果,对比我国汽车专业人才教育方面的不足,有必要基于德国"双元制"模式进行汽车专业教学改革。本文即在借鉴双元制模式的基础上,结合我国汽车专业教学实践进行教改,同时提出了相应的改进对策,以此来推动汽车专业人才培养模式的改善,为后续汽车行业的稳步发展提供参考。

With the accelerating development of modernization,all walks of life in China have obtained the opportunity of rapid development,especially the development of automobile industry.As an important means of transportation for people’s daily travel at this stage,the annual increase of automobile production is extremely rapid,and the relevant automobile manufacturers are also increasing.In this context,many colleges and universities have actively set up automobile majors to cultivate a large number of professionals and provide support for the development of enterprises,such as automobile application engineering,automobile insurance and claim settlement and automobile marketing.The establishment of such related majors is also necessary for social development.However,at present,the renewal of automobiles is accelerating and new automobiles are emerging one after another,which leads to many problems in the cultivation of automobile professionals in many colleges and Universities.As a result,the quality of talents cannot meet the actual needs of the automobile market.The dual system of automobile professional teaching in Germany has made some achievements.Compared with the shortcomings of automobile professional education in China,it is necessary to carry out automobile professional teaching reform based on the German"dual system"model.Based on the dual system model,combined with the teaching practice of automobile specialty in China,this paper carries out the teaching reform,and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,so as to promote the improvement of the talent training model of automobile specialty and provide reference for the steady development of the follow-up automobile industry.
