一种输送传动机构在侧围焊装线上的应用

摘要 在白车身侧围焊装上,白车身运输方式各异,往复杆输送是其中的一种。本文介绍了一种输送传动机构在白车身侧围焊装线上的应用。根据原输送线体的电机安装尺寸,及生产节拍的提升需求,创新的设计应用新的输送传动取代原有的结构,提升了输送精度,降低了相关设备故障率,很好地提高了生产效率。对于汽车制造厂侧围焊装线输送技术改造升级具有较大的借鉴推广意义。 In the side wall welding of BIW,the transportation modes of BIW are different,and the reciprocating rod transportation is one of them.This paper introduces the application of a conveying transmission mechanism in the body in white side wall welding line.According to the motor installation size of the original conveying line and the improvement demand of production rhythm,the innovative design applies the new conveying transmission to replace the original structure,which improves the conveying accuracy,reduces the failure rate of relevant equipment and improves the production efficiency.It has great reference and popularization significance for the transformation and upgrading of side wall welding and assembly line transportation technology in automobile manufacturers.
