道路运输车辆技术管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in Technical Management of Road Transport Vehicles

道路交通是我国社会经济发展的重要基础,它与人们的工作生活是息息相关的,因此道路的管理效率是保障道路运输的重要前提。但是在道路运输车辆技术管理的过程中往往还存在一些问题,影响着管理质量与效率,例如,怎样制定车辆维护时间,怎样建立车辆档案等等。随着《道路运输车辆技术管理规定》的颁布实施,使得经营者能够充分提升自身的工作积极性,对车辆进行更切合实际的科学管理,转变以往的工作方式,将社会资源用在实处,充分降低维护与运输成本。笔者将基于上述问题来基础相应的解决对策,为今后的道路运输车辆技术管理提供一份参考。

Road traffic is an important basis for China’s social and economic development.It is closely related to people’s work and life.Therefore,the efficiency of road management is an important premise to ensure road transportation.However,in the process of technical management of road transport vehicles,there are often some problems that affect the quality and efficiency of management,such as how to formulate vehicle maintenance time,how to establish vehicle files and so on.With the promulgation and implementation of the regulations on the technical management of road transport vehicles,operators can fully improve their work enthusiasm,carry out more practical and scientific management of vehicles,change the previous working mode,put social resources into practice,and fully reduce the maintenance and transportation costs.Based on the above problems,the author will base on the corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide a reference for the technical management of road transport vehicles in the future.
