摘要
制动系统影响行车和生命安全,是整车中最重要的安全系统之一。该系统能够使行驶中的汽车按照驾驶员的要求进行强制减速、保持稳定、驻车甚至停车。车辆行驶过程中,制动衬块(片)与制动盘(鼓)之间不断摩擦,产生粉尘颗粒物并排放到空气、土壤或河流中,严重空气及环境质量。本文对日本标准JASO C 470的主要内容进行解读,并为我国如何开展该领域研究工作和应对国际法规研究动向提供建议。
Braking system affects driving and life safety,is one of the most important vehicle safety systems.The system can reduce the speed,keep stability,parking and stop the vehicle according to the driver’s intention.In the driving process,there is constant friction between brake lining (shoe) and brake disc (drum),which produces particles and was emissioned into the air,soil or river,causing serious air and environmental quality problems.This paper interprets the main content of JASO C 470,and provides suggestions for China to carry out the research work in this field and respond to the trend of international legislation research.
