摘要
目的研究不同产地的金线莲药材中两种黄酮苷的成分含量。方法采用Welch Ultimate XB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6×250 mm,5μm),流动相:A-0.05%乙酸水溶液,B-乙腈;二元高压梯度洗脱程序:0~3 min,10%~25%B,3~25 min,25%B,流速:1 mL·min^(-1),检测波长:260 nm。结果结果表明在所检测的金线莲药材样本中,不同产地水仙苷和木犀草苷在各样本中含量差异明显。结论本实验操作简便,重现性高,为金线莲的活性成分研究提供参考。
OBJECTIVE A method was established to study the content of two flavonoids in Anoectochilus roxburghii from different locations.METHODS HPLC was used to determine the content of various components including Welch ultimate XB-C_(18) column(4.6×250 mm,5μm)used as chromatographic column.The mobile phase consisted of A-0.05% acetic acid solution and B-acetonitrile.The binary high pressure gradient elution procedure was 0~3 min,10%~25%B,3~25 min,25%B.The flow rate was 1 mL·min^(-1) and the detection wavelength was 260 nm.RESULTS The results showed that in the samples of Anoectochilus roxburghii,the contents of Narcissus glycoside and Luteolin in each sample were different.CONCLUISON This experiment is simple and reproducible,which can provide reference for the study of active components of Anoectochilus roxburghii.
