“1+X”证书制度下药学职业教育的挑战与探索创新

Challenge and Innovation of Pharmaceutical Vocational Education under“1+X”Certificate System

"1+X"证书制度是基于新时代职业教育发展需要而提出的一种创新人才培养模式。"1+X"证书制度对推进课程新体系改革、提升人才培养质量、增强学生就业竞争力等方面具有重要意义。鉴于药学专业的特殊性,药学职业教育中普遍存在技能比重偏少、证书可选偏窄、岗位认证不足、师资能力缺乏等挑战问题。在"1+X"证书制度的引领下,药学职业院校应当把握政策机遇,在调整人才培养方案、对接企业岗位标准、紧跟时代发展需求、重视师资能力建设,以及改革顶层制度建设等方面进行探索创新。

“1+X”certificate system is an innovative talent training mode based on the needs of the development of Vocational Education in the new era.The“1+X”certificate system is of great significance in promoting the reform of the new curriculum system,improving the quality of personnel training,and enhancing the employment competitiveness of students.In view of the particularity of pharmacy specialty,there are many challenges in pharmaceutical vocational education,such as the low proportion of skills,the narrow selection of certificates,the lack of post certification and the lack of teachers′ability.Under the guidance of the“1+X”certificate system,pharmaceutical vocational colleges should seize the policy opportunity to explore and innovate in the aspects of adjusting personnel training programs,docking with enterprise post standards,keeping up with the development needs of the times,paying attention to the construction of teachers′ability,and reforming the top-level system construction.
