基于人工智能的门诊处方前置审核模式的实践与评价

Practice and Evaluation of Outpatient Prescription Pre-audit Model Based Artificial Intelligence

目的探索人工智能门诊处方前置审核模式,评价其实施效果。方法系统嵌入软件审方功能,实现人工智能门诊处方前置审核,对比处方前置审核实施前后同期门诊处方合格率、问题处方类型的分布,分析软件系统和审方药师对问题处方的干预情况。结果审方系统上线前,门诊处方合格率为90.86%,审方系统上线后,门诊处方合格率为98.73%,处方前置审核实施后门诊处方合理率上升7.87%,各类问题处方显著减少。结论基于人工智能的门诊处方前置审核模式提高了门诊处方质量,减少了患者用药风险。

OBJECTIVE To explore outpatient prescription pre-audit mode based artificial intelligence and to evaluate its implementation results.METHODS The system was embedded with prescription review function by software to realize the pre-audit of outpatient prescriptions based artificial intelligence.The qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions and the distribution of problem prescriptions before and after the implementation of pre-audit were compared,and the intervention of software system and pharmacists on problem prescriptions was analyzed.RESULTS The rate of qualified prescriptions increased from 90.86% to 98.73% and increased by 7.87% after the implementation of pre-prescription audit,and all kinds of problematic prescriptions were significantly reduced.CONCLUSION Outpatient prescription pre-audit model based artificial intelligence improves the quality of outpatient prescription and reduces the risk of medication for patients.
