李新民教授从气机升降角度辨治小儿慢性咳嗽

Treating pediatric chronic cough from the ascending and descending of Qi movement by Professor LI Xinmin

小儿慢性咳嗽作为儿科常见疾病,治疗较为复杂。李新民教授认为本病的病机为脏腑气机升降失调,提出以调理肺、肝、脾、胃四脏的气机升降,恢复脏腑自身正常气机平衡为着重点,从而达到治疗疾病的目的。文章介绍了李新民教授治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的经验,分析其辨证、立法、用药思路,以期为本病的治提供借鉴。

Pediatric chronic cough is a common disease,and is complicated to treat.Professor LI Xinmin believes that the pathogenesis of the disease is the dysfunction of the Qi movement(气机)ascending and descending of visceral organs,and he proposes to regulate the Qi movement in the lungs,liver,spleen,and stomach to restore the normal balance of Qi movement of visceral organs so as to achieve the purpose of curing the disease.In this article,clinical experiences of Professor LI Xinmin in treating pediatric chronic cough were introduced,and the syndrome differentiation,treatment principles,and medication ideas from Professor LI Xinmin were analyzed,in order to provide more reference for the treatment of the disease.
