On the Application of Light and Shadow Technique in Contemporary Sculpture-Take Anish Kapoor's Cloud Gate as an Example

在当代雕塑艺术中,固有的艺术形态和观念被不断冲破。“光影”作为雕塑时获取立体感、量感不可或缺的手法,已不再作为“辅助身份”出现。通过对光影特性的分析,重新审视了当代雕塑本体语言的改变。本文以安尼施•卡普尔的《云门》为例,运用案例分析的研究方法,通过对不锈钢材料的选择、不规则造型重塑空间的构造的研究,选择典型案例,探索光影在当代雕塑中的运用手法,关注新的艺术形势,分析当代雕塑所传达的价值观以及评判标准,研究当代雕塑中互动性的特点。从而为当代雕塑家或其他艺术工作者带来思考和借鉴。

In the contemporary sculpture art,the inherent artistic form and concept are constantly broken through."Light and shadow",as an indispensable technique to obtain the sense of three-dimensional and quantity in sculpture,no longer appears as an"auxiliary identity".Through the analysis of the characteristics of light and shadow,the paper reexamines the change of the ontological language of contemporary sculpture.Based on the anish kapoor's"cloud gate",for example,using the research methods of case analysis,through the selection of stainless steel materials,irregular modelling reshape space structure research,choose typical cases,explore the application of light in the contemporary sculpture technique,focus on new art situation,analysis of contemporary sculpture conveys values and standards,Study the characteristics of interactivity in contemporary sculpture.So as to contemporary sculptors or other art workers to bring thinking and reference.
