摘要
当前,教育实践中存在着一种成功主义意识,它把谋求"成功"作为唯一的价值取向,以此为纽带的师生关系使教育活动呈现出工具化、机械化、非人性化、非正义化等倾向。师生之间的良性互动被谋求外在的功利所取代,导致了师生课堂角色的异化。复归师生交往的理想之境需要教师尊重学生的主体地位、注重交流的积极作用、提升生命意识和善待差异、厘清权力与权利的界限。
At present,there is a sense of succesarianism in educational practice,which regards the pursuit of"success"as the only value orientation,and the teacher-student relationship with this as a bond makes educational activities instrumentalized,mechanized,dehumanized,and unjust.And other tendencies.The benign interaction between teachers and students is replaced by seeking external utility,which leads to the alienation of the roles of teachers and students in the classroom.Returning to the ideal state of teacher-student interaction requires teachers to respect the student's dominant position,pay attention to the positive role of communication,enhance life awareness and be kind to differences,and clarify the boundaries between power and rights.
