摘要
2021年受新冠疫情的影响,毕业生在职业定位、供求矛盾和求职帮扶方面的压力上升。高校的就业指导工作也因行业恢复不平衡与学生就业期待存在矛盾、"慢就业"现象及"人财物"的保障不足,而面临着较大工作压力,高校就业工作亟待优化。短期,高校应善用"互联网+"做好就业指导工作;中期,运用"三全育人"合力保障就业指导工作;长期,通过优化高校就业生态圈形成就业工作的良性循环,进而更有效地缓解毕业生的就业压力。
Influenced by COVID-19 this year,the pressure of graduates"occupation orientation,contradiction between supply and demand,and Job search assistance has increased.On the other hand,the employment guidance work in Colleges and universities is also facing great work pressure due to the contradiction between the imbalance of industry recovery and students"employment expectation,the phenomenon of"slow employment"and the lack of guarantee of"people and property".The employment work in colleges and universities needs to be optimized.In the short term,universities should make good use of"internet plus"to do well in employment guidance.In the medium term,we should use the joint force of"three complete education"to ensure employment guidance;In the long run,by optimizing the employment ecosystem of colleges and universities,a virtuous cycle of employment work will be formed,so as to more effectively alleviate the employment pressure of graduates.
