摘要
创新构建政产学研协同育人机制是深化产教融合、培养高素质复合型新商科应用性专业人才的重要举措。龙岩学院立足国家经济战略和区域产业发展需求,探索面向数字经济的具有激励相容和内在驱动力的政产学研协同育人聚合机制和"共建、共管、共享"人才培养体系,着力解决政产学研协同育人资源配置低效、多元主体协同不紧密、育人模式与机制不成熟、质量保障体系和监控评价体系缺位、人才培养实践欠缺等突出问题。通过持续不断的实践探索,在满足数字经济及跨境电商产业高质量发展的高素质人才需求的同时,努力形成一套可推广至相关行业、更多高校、更多企业的多元主体协同育人的典型模式。
It is an important measure to deepen the integration of industry and education and cultivate high quality compound applied talents of new business majors to construct the mechanism of collaborativ education among government,industry,university and research.Based on the national economic strategy and regional industrial development needs,Longyan University has explored the integration mechanism of government-industry-university-research collaborative education and the talent training system of“co-construction,co-management and sharing”oriented to digital economy,which has the incentive and compatible internal driving force.Efforts should be made to solve such prominent problems as low efficiency in resource allocation of government-industry-university-research collaborative education,lack of close coordination among multiple subjects,immature education mode and mechanism,absence of quality assurance system and monitoring and evaluation system,and lack of talent training practice,etc..Through continuous practical exploration,while meeting the demand of high-quality talents for high-quality development of digital economy and cross-border e-commerce industry,we should strive to form a set of typical examples that can be promoted to related industries,more universities,and more enterprises for multi-subject collaborative education.
