高校财务管理“专创融合”课程改革研究

Research on the financial management course reform from the perspective of“integration of expertise and innovation”in institute of higher learning

传统财务管理课程教学存在一些弊端,不能满足目前创新创业实践对大学生财务管理能力的需求。在分析财务管理专业教育与创新创业教育相融合的必要性基础上,按照财务管理专业课程与创新创业理念融合渗透、理论课程与实践课程相统一的思路,对财务管理课程内容进行重构。课程教学方法以行动教学法为主,强调财务管理理论在创新创业实践中的应用,并采用多层次、多角度的测评方式进行考核,以培养学生在创新创业环境下的财务管理综合能力。

There exists some disadvantages in the teaching of traditional financial management course,which cannot meet the demand of financial management ability of college students in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the analysis of the necessity of the integration of financial management education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper reconstructs the content of financial management course in accordance with the philosophy of the integration of financial management course with innovation and entrepreneurship ideas,and of theoretical courses and practical courses.The teaching method of the course is mainly action teaching method,emphasizing the application of financial management theory in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship,and adopting multi-level and multi-angle assessment method in assessment,so as to cultivate students’comprehensive ability of financial management in the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship.
