一流本科教育背景下我国财经类高校本科人才培养目标审思

Reflections on talent cultivation objectives in universities of finance and economics with the background of first-class undergraduate education

科学确定人才培养目标是培养一流人才的基础,在一流本科教育建设背景下对我国40所财经类高校本科人才培养目标进行考察。结果显示,目前我国财经类高校以应用型人才培养为主;人才培养目标重视对学生的价值塑造,特别是社会责任感教育;注重专业知识、财经素养和科学精神的培养;强调学生创新能力、实践能力以及跨文化交流能力。但是,也存在培养目标不高、过于保守,同质化现象严重,培养目标过于抽象、空泛、缺乏操作性和指导性,缺乏对学生身心发展的关注等问题。面向未来,财经类高校应根据:更加重视社会责任感和理想情怀教育、更加突出核心胜任力、更加关注学生的个性发展、更加注重差异化、特色化等原则和思路对本科人才培养目标进行调整和优化。

Scientifically determining the goal of talent training is the basis for cultivating first-class talents.With the background of the construction of first-class undergraduate education,the undergraduate talent training objectives of 40 universities of finance and economics in China have been investigated.The results show that the current Chinese universities in finance and economics mainly focus on application-oriented talent training.The aim of talent training emphasizes students’value shaping,especially social responsibility education;focuses on professional knowledge,financial literacy and scientific spirit,and emphasizes students’innovative ability,practical ability and cross-cultural communication ability.However,there are also problems as low training goals,too conservative,serious homogeneity,insufficient financial and economic characteristics,too abstract and vague training goals,lack of operability and guidance,and lack of attention to the physical and mental development of students.Facing the future,universities of finance and economics should pay more attention to the education of social responsibility and ideal feelings,give more emphasis on core competence,pay more attention to the personal development of students,the differences and characteristics,so as to regulate and optimize undergraduate talent cultivation objectives.
