摘要
星基ADS-B是实现广域范围内航空器监视的重要技术手段。为解决星基ADS-B系统监视性能指标评测问题,设计实现了星基ADS-B监视性能评估软件。阐述监视性能评估技术指标及评估方法,介绍了星基ADS-B监视性能评估软件的总体架构,详细叙述了数据接入与处理模块、航迹显示模块及监视性能评估模块的设计思路。利用天拓实验卫星数据开展了星基ADS-B监视性能的评估,评估结果表明:单颗卫星载荷覆盖范围下,水平位置误差均方根小于550 m,位置更新概率大于90%的比例为76.9%。
Satellite-Based automatic dependent surveillance broadcast(ADS-B)is an important technology for wide-area aeronautical surveillance.In order to assess the performance of satellite ADS-B system,surveillance performance evaluation software for satellite-based ADS-B system is developed.Firstly,the technical parameters and evaluation method were given.The software architecture of performance evaluation software was then stated.Key techniques of the software were expounded,including DF-17 message receiving and processing,aircraft track displaying and surveillance performance evaluation.Finally,the software was tested by"TianTuo-3"experimental data.Evaluation results show that horizontal position root-mean-square(RMS)error is less than 550 meters,the ratio of position probability of update greater than 90%is 76.9%.
