摘要
目的分析新生儿败血症疾病特点,评价诊断工作中应用血培养联合降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的价值。方法选取50例新生儿败血症患儿作为观察组,另选取同期的50例健康新生儿作为对照组。均行血培养、PCT、hs-CRP检验。比较两组PCT、hs-CRP水平以及血培养阳性、PCT阳性、hs-CRP阳性、联合检测阳性。结果观察组急性期、缓解期PCT、CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组急性期PCT(8.55±3.20)ng/ml、CRP(14.50±4.50)mg/L水平均高于缓解期的(0.52±0.12)ng/ml、(3.75±1.50)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PCT、CRP、血培养阳性率以及联合检验阳性率均高于对照组,联合检验阳性率高于单一检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血培养联合PCT、hs-CRP检测用于诊断新生儿败血症价值理想,有助于疾病早期治疗。
Objective To analyze the haracteristics of neonatal sepsis,and evaluate the value of blood culture combined with procalcitonin(PCT)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in diagnosis.Methods 50 cases of neonatal sepsis were selected as the observation group(divided into acute phase and remission phase according to the different stages of the children).Another 50 healthy neonates during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood culture,PCT and hs-CRP tests were performed in both groups,and the results of PCT and hs-CRP tests as well as positive blood culture,PCT positive,hs-CRP positive,and combined test were analyzed.Results The levels of PCT and CRP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the PCT and CRP at acute phase were(8.55±3.20)ng/ml and(14.50±4.50)mg/L,which were higher than(0.52±0.12)ng/ml and(3.75±1.50)mg/L at remission phase,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of PCT,CRP,blood culture and the combined test in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the positive rate of the combined test was higher than that of the single test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood culture combined with PCT and hs-CRP test is ideal for the diagnosis of neonatal sepsis,and is helpful for early treatment of the disease.
