糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检验在糖尿病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of glycosylated hemoglobin combined with serum C-peptide test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus

目的探讨糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检验对糖尿病的诊断价值。方法选取81例糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取80例健康体检人群作为对照组。检测两组糖化血红蛋白、血清C肽水平,比较观察组与对照组糖化血红蛋白、血清C肽水平及单纯糖尿病与糖尿病肾病的糖化血红蛋白、血清C肽水平。结果观察组糖化血红蛋白水平(9.61±0.73)%高于对照组的(5.35±0.29)%,血清C肽水平(0.95±0.19)μg/L低于对照组的(1.60±0.25)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白水平(9.53±1.13)%低于糖尿病肾病患者的(10.51±1.27)%,血清C肽水平(0.99±0.10)μg/L高于糖尿病肾病患者的(0.90±0.13)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖化血红蛋白联合血清C肽检测对诊断糖尿病的价值较高,有利于明确病情严重程度,以指导采取相应治疗措施,促进病情恢复,改善症状,提升机体健康水平。

Objective To discuss the value of glycosylated hemoglobin combined with serum C-peptide test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods 81 diabetes mellitus patients were selected as the observation group,and another 80 cases of healthy physical examination population were selected as the control group.The levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum C-peptide were measured in both groups,and the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum C-peptide were compared between the observation group and the control group and those in patients with diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy alone.Results The glycosylated hemoglobin(9.61±0.73)% in the observation group was higher than(5.35±0.29)% in the control group,and serum C-peptide(0.95±0.19)μg/L was lower than(1.60±0.25)μg/L in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The glycosylated hemoglobin(9.53±1.13)% of patients with diabetes mellitus was lower than(10.51±1.27)% of patients with diabetic nephropathy,and the serum C-peptide(0.99±0.10)μg/L was higher than(0.90±0.13)μg/L of patients with diabetic nephropathy.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Glycosylated hemoglobin combined with serum C-peptide test is of high value in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus,which is helpful to clarify the severity of the disease in order to guide the appropriate treatment measures to promote the recovery of the disease,improve the symptoms and enhance the health level of the body.
