康复新液和奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid and omeprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of non-varices upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨康复新液和奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法100例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,依据入院奇偶数编号分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取生长抑素治疗。对比两组治疗效果及临床指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组输血量(2.12±0.65)U少于对照组的(3.41±0.42)U,血红蛋白水平(122.51±10.53)g/L高于对照组的(99.93±11.31)g/L,止血时间(23.31±5.23)h、住院时间(9.31±0.45)d均短于对照组的(27.93±5.25)h、(11.93±0.21)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者采取康复新液和奥美拉唑联合生长抑素进行治疗效果确切,值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid and omeprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of non-varices upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 100 patients with non-varices upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even numbers of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid combined with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with somatostatin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate 98.00% of the observation group was higher than 84.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the blood transfusion volume(2.12±0.65)U was less than(3.41±0.42)U in the control group,the hemoglobin level(122.51±10.53)g/L was higher than(99.93±11.31)g/L in the control group,and the hemostatic time(23.31±5.23)h and hospitalization time(9.31±0.45)d were shorter than(27.93±5.25)h and(11.93±0.21)d in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid and omeprazole combined with somatostatin has definite effect on patients with non-varices upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and is worthy of clinical application.
