探讨地诺前列酮栓在过期妊娠孕妇中的应用价值

Application value of dinoprostone suppository in post-term pregnancy

目的探讨地诺前列酮栓在过期妊娠孕妇中的应用价值。方法106例过期妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组及观察组,每组53例。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组采用地诺前列酮栓促宫颈成熟。比较两组孕妇治疗前后的宫颈成熟度评分,孕妇的分娩方式,孕妇产后24 h出血量以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果治疗后,两组孕妇的宫颈成熟度评分均高于本组治疗前,且观察组孕妇的宫颈成熟度评分(10.95±1.52)分高于对照组的(7.43±1.13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇自然分娩率75.47%高于对照组的47.17%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇产后24 h出血量(153.55±31.11)ml少于对照组的(248.55±42.11)ml,新生儿Apgar评分(9.59±0.54)分高于对照组的(8.51±0.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对过期妊娠孕妇采用地诺前列酮栓治疗的效果好,有利于提高宫颈成熟速度,提高自然分娩率,保护母婴健康安全,值得推荐使用。

Objective To discuss the application value of dinoprostone suppository in post-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 106 women with post-term pregnancy were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received oxytocin to induce labor,and the observation group received dinoprostone suppository to promote cervical ripening.The cervical ripening score before and after treatment,delivery mode,24-h postpartum blood loss,and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical ripening scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the cervical ripening score(10.95±1.52)points in the observation group was higher than(7.43±1.13)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate 75.47% in the observation group was higher than 47.17% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 24-h postpartum blood loss(153.55±31.11)ml in the observation group was less than(248.55±42.11)ml in the control group,and the neonatal Apgar score(9.59±0.54)points was higher than(8.51±0.12)points in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone suppository treatment has a good effect for patients with post-term pregnancy,which is beneficial to increase the rate of cervical ripening and natural delivery,and protect the health and safety of mothers and babies.It is worthy of recommendation and application.
