产后出血患者应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗的效果观察

Effect observation of combined treatment with carboprost tromethamine and oxytocin in patients with postpartum hemorrhage

目的探究产后出血患者的治疗方法及效果,对卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗效果进行研究。方法64例产后出血患者,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组与实验组,各32例。对照组给予单一缩宫素治疗,实验组给予缩宫素与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合治疗。对比两组治疗效果、产后出血量、止血时间、血红蛋白(Hb)下降水平、不良反应发生情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率93.8%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产后2 h出血量(273.2±13.4)ml、产后3~24 h出血量(223.6±9.3)ml、Hb下降水平(1.1±0.2)g/L均低于对照组的(403.4±18.6)ml、(324.7±14.8)ml、(1.6±0.4)g/L,止血时间(14.2±1.3)min短于对照组的(34.6±3.4)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应率6.3%低于对照组的25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后出血患者采取缩宫素与卡前列素氨丁三醇联合用药,能够取得满意的疗效,产后出血量显著下降,止血时间较短,不良反应少,具有较高的安全性与有效性,应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the treatment methods and effects of patients with postpartum hemorrhage,and study the therapeutic effects of carboprost tromethamine combined with oxytocin.Methods A total of 64 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin alone,and the experimental group was treated with combined treatment of oxytocin and carboprost tromethamine.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,postpartum blood loss,hemostasis time,hemoglobin(Hb)decline level,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.8% in the experimental group was higher than 75.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 2 h postpartum blood loss(273.2±13.4)ml,the 3~24 h postpartum blood loss(223.6±9.3)ml,and the Hb decline level(1.1±0.2)g/L in the experimental group were lower than(403.4±18.6)ml,(324.7±14.8)ml,and(1.6±0.4)g/L in the control group,and the hemostatic time(14.2±1.3)min was shorter than(34.6±3.4)min in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.3% of the experimental group was lower than 25.0% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with postpartum hemorrhage,the combination of oxytocin and carboprost tromethamine can achieve satisfactory efficacy,with a significant decrease in postpartum hemorrhage,shorter hemostasis time,less adverse reactions.It has higher safety and efficacy,and high application value.
