不同浓度罗哌卡因在硬膜外麻醉手术中的麻醉效果及对患者疼痛的影响分析

Analysis of the anesthesia effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine in epidural anesthesia and its influence on pain in patients

目的探讨不同浓度罗哌卡因在硬膜外麻醉手术中的麻醉效果及对患者疼痛的影响。方法70例接受硬膜外麻醉的手术患者,根据麻醉药物浓度不同分为研究组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用0.25%罗哌卡因进行麻醉,研究组采用0.20%罗哌卡因进行麻醉。比较两组患者不同时间段疼痛评分及自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间。结果研究组患者术后1、3、7、12 h疼痛评分分别为(3.42±0.47)、(2.49±0.19)、(1.18±0.14)、(0.31±0.07)分,均低于对照组的(4.17±0.38)、(3.61±0.27)、(2.15±0.13)、(1.67±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组自主呼吸恢复时间(11.23±3.25)min和苏醒时间(22.16±2.14)min均短于对照组的(16.12±3.15)、(38.44±2.18)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对硬膜外麻醉手术患者采用0.20%罗哌卡因可取得显著的麻醉效果,患者痛感更低,舒适度更高,苏醒时间更短,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To discuss the anesthesia effect of different concentrations of ropivacaine in epidural anesthesia and its influence on pain in patients.Methods A total of 70 surgical patients who received epidural anesthesia were divided into research group and control group according to different concentrations of anesthetic drugs,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with 0.25% ropivacaine,and the research group was anesthetized with 0.20% ropivacaine.The pain scores at different time points,recovery time of spontaneous breathing and recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results At 1,3,7,and 12 h after surgery,the pain scores in the research group were(3.42±0.47),(2.49±0.19),(1.18±0.14),and(0.31±0.07)points,which were lower than(4.17±0.38),(3.61±0.27),(2.15±0.13),and(1.67±0.24)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of spontaneous breathing(11.23±3.25)min and recovery time(22.16±2.14)min of the research group were shorter than(16.12±3.15)and(38.44±2.18)min of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of 0.20% ropivacaine in patients undergoing epidural anesthesia can achieve significant anesthetic effects with lower patient pain,higher comfort and shorter awakening time,which is worthy of clinical reference.
