产妇孕产期实施营养指导对母婴健康的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of maternal nutrition guidance on maternal and infant health

目的探讨产妇孕产期实施营养指导对母婴健康的影响。方法88例产妇,随机分为对照组(43例)与观察组(45例)。对照组采用常规产科保健及护理,观察组采用营养指导。比较两组围生期并发症发生情况、产后泌乳情况、新生儿不良事件发生情况。结果观察组围生期并发症发生率6.67%(3/45)低于对照组的23.26%(10/43),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产后48、72、96 h泌乳产妇分别有23例(51.11%)、17例(37.78%)和5例(11.11%),对照组分别有12例(27.91%)、11例(25.58%)和20例(46.51%),观察组产后泌乳情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿不良事件发生率4.44%低于对照组的18.60%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕产期对产妇实施营养指导,能减少围生期并发症发生几率,明显改善产妇机体营养状态,促进新生儿健康发育,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of maternal nutrition guidance on maternal and infant health.Methods A total of 88 parturients were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(45 cases).The control group used routine obstetric health care and nursing,and the observation group used nutritional guidance.The perinatal complications,postpartum lactation,and neonatal adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was 6.67%(3/45),which was lower than 23.26% (10/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 23 cases(51.11%),17 cases(37.78%)and 5 cases(11.11%)in the observation group who had lactation at 48,72,and 96 h postpartum,and there were 12 cases(27.91%),11 cases(25.58%)and 20 cases(46.51%)cases in the control group.The postpartum lactation of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse events in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 18.60% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Maternal nutrition guidance during pregnancy can reduce the incidence of maternal complications,improve maternal nutritional status significantly,and promote the healthy development of newborns,which is worthy of promotion.
