摘要
铜冶炼技术以火法和湿法冶炼为主,火法冶炼的铜产量约占世界铜产量的80%,湿法冶炼的铜产量约占世界铜产量的20%,但在提炼过程中都会产生二氧化硫,造成环境污染。因此,如何在保护环境的前提下,高效、经济地开采铜矿资源显得尤为重要。电冶金是以电化学为基础,通过循环伏安法研究Cu^(2+)的电化学行为,在还原过程无污染的前提下实现了金属铜的制取。电化学冶炼铜矿对绿色冶金、保护环境具有非常重要的意义。
Copper smelting technology is mainly pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy. The copper output of pyrometallurgy accounts for about 80% of the world’s copper output, and the copper output of hydrometallurgy accounts for about 20% of the world’s copper output. However,sulfur dioxide will be produced in the refining process, resulting in environmental pollution. Therefore, how to mine copper resources efficiently and economically on the premise of protecting the environment is particularly important. Electrometallurgy is based on electrochemistry. The electrochemical behavior of Cu^(2+) is studied by cyclic voltampere method, and the preparation of metal copper is realized on the premise of no pollution in the reduction process. Electrochemical smelting of copper ore is of great significance to green metallurgy and environmental protection.
