低聚木糖具有良好的理化性质,作为添加剂和优化剂,被广泛应用于食品、医药、饲料以及化妆品等领域。近年来,低聚木糖在调节血糖、降低血脂及作为抗癌取代物等方面取得了良好的效果,引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。针对低聚木糖的重要生理活性及应用的研究进展进行阐述。

Xylooligosaccharide has good physical and chemical properties and is widely used as additive and optimizer in food, medicine, feed and cosmetics. In recent years, it has a good effect in regulating blood glucose, reducing blood lipid and acting as an anticancer substitute, which has attracted extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad. The important physiological activity and research progress on application of Xylooligosaccharide are reviewed.
