Analysis on enterprise practice effect of geological engineering survey teachers in higher vocational colleges

以地质工程测量技术为例,从高职教师参与企业实践的必要性入手,从实践经验向教学能力转化、企业文化制度向学生职业素质转化、企业实践素材向教学资源以及教研转化等方面,分析了企业实践的成效。

Taking geological engineering survey technology as an example, starting with the necessity of higher vocational teachers’ participation in enterprise practice, the effect of enterprise practice is analyzed from the aspects of the transformation of practical experience to teaching ability, the transformation of enterprise culture system to students’ professional quality, the transformation of enterprise practice material to teaching resources and teaching and research.
