摘要
在无害化处置装置中,通过机械搅拌和添加碱性药剂的方法来破坏磷化铝残渣外部的包裹层,使磷化铝进行水解释放,再添加氧化剂(双氧水),使残余磷化铝水解释放完全。结果表明:当磷化铝残渣与水质量比为1∶3,生石灰加入量为磷化铝残渣量的40%,双氧水加入量为磷化铝残渣量的6%,机械搅拌180 min时,能将磷化铝残渣中磷化铝含量降至小于0.01%;当磷化铝残渣与余热锅炉排污废水或者循环碱液质量比为1∶2~1∶3,双氧水加入量为磷化铝残渣量的6%,机械搅拌180 min时,能将磷化铝残渣中磷化铝含量降至小于0.01%;当磷化铝残渣与混合液质量比为1∶3,余热锅炉排污废水与循环碱液质量比按2∶1混合,双氧水加入量为磷化铝残渣量的6%,机械搅拌60 min时,就能将磷化铝残渣中磷化铝含量降至小于0.01%;当磷化铝残渣与混合液质量比为1∶3,余热锅炉排污废水与循环碱液质量比按2∶1混合,双氧水加入量为磷化铝残渣量的6%,温度为85℃,pH值为12,机械搅拌30 min时,就能将磷化铝残渣中磷化铝含量降至小于0.01%。
In the harmless disposal device,mechanical agitation and the addition of alkaline agents are used to destroy the outer coating of aluminum phosphide residues,so that the aluminum phosphide is hydrolyzed and released,and then an oxidant(hydrogen peroxide)is added to completely hydrolyze and release the residual aluminum phosphide.The results show that when the mass ratio of aluminum phosphide residue to water is 1∶3,the amount of quicklime added is 40%of the amount of aluminum phosphide residue,the amount of hydrogen peroxide added is 6%of the amount of aluminum phosphide residue,and the mechanical stirring can be used for 180 minutes.The content of aluminum phosphide in the aluminum phosphide residue is reduced to less than 0.01%;When the mass ratio of aluminum phosphide residue to waste heat boiler blowdown wastewater or circulating lye is 1∶2~1∶3,the amount of hydrogen peroxide added is 6%of the amount of aluminum phosphide residue,and mechanical stirring for 180 minutes,the aluminum phosphide residue can be added.The aluminum phosphide content is reduced to less than 0.01%;When the mass ratio of aluminum phosphide residue to the mixed solution is 1∶3,the mass ratio of waste heat boiler blowdown wastewater and the circulating lye is mixed at 2∶1,the amount of hydrogen peroxide added is 6%of the amount of aluminum phosphide residue,and the mechanical stirring time is 60 minutes.It can reduce the aluminum phosphide content in the aluminum phosphide residue to less than 0.01%;When the mass ratio of aluminum phosphide residue to mixed liquor is 1∶3,the mass ratio of waste heat boiler blowdown wastewater and circulating lye is mixed at 2∶1,the amount of hydrogen peroxide added is 6%of the amount of aluminum phosphide residue,the temperature is 85℃,and the pH with a value of 12,the content of aluminum phosphide in the aluminum phosphide residue can be reduced to less than 0.01%when mechanically stirred for 30 minutes.
