摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定食品接触用纸包装中5种异噻唑啉酮类防腐剂含量的方法,5种防腐剂的色谱分离在ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱完成,采用梯度洗脱方式,流动相为0.02 mol/L乙酸铵水溶液/甲醇。样品平均回收率在86.5%~102.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于5.67%,方法检出限在1.00~2.00 mg/kg,具有较好的回收率和精密度。该方法操作简便,准确可靠,灵敏度高,可同时满足食品纸包装中5种异噻唑啉酮类防腐剂的检测需求。
A comprehensive analytical method was developed to simultaneously detect five kinds of isothiazolinone preservatives in food contact paper packaging using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chromatographic separation of five kinds of isothiazolinone preservatives is carried out on an ZORBAX SB-C18 column with a gradient elution of 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution and methanol.The mean recoveries were between 86.5%and 102.5%,while the relative standard deviations(RSD)is no greater than 5.67%.The detection limits of the method were between 1.00 mg/kg and 2.00 mg/kg.It has good recovery rate and precision.The method is simple,accurate,reliable and sensitive,and can fully meet the requirements of simultaneous detection of five kinds of isothiazolinone preservatives in food contact paper packaging materials.
