摘要
通过光谱分析、电子显微镜扫描等表征方式研究了来自煤焦油与焦炭重组反应的甲苯不溶物的性质,由此对煤焦油体系的特殊性进行了分析,明确了加氢生焦受到甲苯不溶物的影响情况。研究指出,针对煤焦油重组分,悬浮床加氢能够以更高的比例回收轻油,生焦比例相对较低,无壁相焦,可以保证加氢效果,能够为缩合的发展自由基提供帮助,使得自由基于器壁部位缩合的比率进一步降低,有利于降低壁相焦的产生。
The research in this article is aimed at the heavy components of low-temperature coal tar.The suspension bed hydrogenation experiment was carried out through the raw material of atmospheric residue.Comparative analysis was carried out in the experiment,and the toluene insoluble matter was studied by means of spectrum analysis and electron microscope scanning.This substance is derived from the recombination reaction of coal tar and coke.From this analysis of the particularity of the coal tar system,it is clear that the presence of hydrogenated coke is affected by toluene insoluble matter.The study pointed out that for coal tar recombination,split-suspension bed hydrogenation can recover light oil at a higher ratio,with a relatively low ratio of coke generation,and the advantages of wall less phase coke,which can ensure the hydrogenation effect and develop free radicals for condensation.Provide help to further reduce the free rate of condensation based on the wall part,which is conducive to reducing the amount of wall focus.
