钢管酸洗废水“零排放”实践的思考

摘要 随着对国家节能减排政策的贯彻和实施,以膜浓缩和蒸发技术为核心工艺的零排项目层出不穷。钢管酸洗废水的污染因子并不复杂,当水量较少时,推荐采用短流程工艺。实践过程中,生产线源头废水的混排给零排放系统造成困扰。经过源头分质分流,同时充分发挥零排放系统各单元的处理优势和潜能,最终实现废水的零排放。 With the implementation of the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy,many zero emission projects are using membrane concentration and evaporation technology as the core process.The pollution factors of steel pipe pickling wastewater are not complex.When the water quantity is small,the short process is recommended.In practice,the mixed discharge of wastewater from the source of the production line causes trouble to the zero discharge system.Through source separation and quality diversion,and give full play to the treatment advantages and potential of each unit of the zero discharge system,the zero discharge of wastewater is finally achieved.
